“People are fluid concepts. It is one of the many glasses that I look through life.Â
Fluid meaning, ever changing, always moving, and a constant swaying between stillness and chaos. As such I feel everyoneâs journey is a work in progress. Each day trying to be a little better than the day before and learning what we can from the events of our days. For me, I have always tackled through an understanding and connection with my body, handling the physical world with the physical vessel Iâve been given.
Iâd never met Boon. When I arrived, I wanted to find him amongst all the people in the Camp because I knew Iâd be working with him and I wanted to break the ice. As I bumped into people and asked for him I was excited to hear beautiful reviews, both of his work and of his character.
And there he was, I found Boon.
We spent an hour or so together that first day, another hour the next morning doing some shooting and then I watched him teach.
In this short time, Boon touched my life. As I said, Iâm very physical, Boon made me feel comfortable and then challenges me to be emotional. Iâm still working on it, and Iâm still inspired.
If you can be like water… fluid… being vulnerable to the experiences life puts before you,
Your life can change.“
